The challenge

Campus Hours Do Not Follow the Bell

A campus runs on more than one schedule. Students move between classes, labs, practices, and late study sessions. Faculty teach early and grade late. Custodial, maintenance, and front-office staff often arrive before anyone else and leave after the last event of the night.

Each type of school is different. A high school may want machines in staff areas and near athletics. A community college may need food that stays open for evening classes. A university may need several spots across a large campus, including residence halls and the student union.

The cafeteria or dining hall covers lunch, but it closes. Outside those hours, people leave campus for food, skip a meal, or live on whatever is in a backpack or desk drawer. On a commuter campus, a drive off site can use up most of the gap between classes.

Food that is open when the building is open fixes that. The setup also has to fit the space you have: hallways, student lounges, libraries, athletic buildings, and staff rooms, without crowding walkways or blocking exits.

What we install

Equipment Sized for Each Building

We walk the campus first, then recommend equipment building by building:

A large college may need several locations, so a student in the science building does not have to cross campus for a drink. A single school building may only need one or two machines. Share your campus rules on access and placement during the site walk, and we will plan around them.

How we serve schools

Built for Class Schedules and Late Nights

Students, faculty, and staff use campus food in short windows. Everything we install is built to be quick.

  • Cashless. Cards, mobile wallets, and tap-to-pay on every machine, micro market, and coffee system. Few students carry cash, and nobody needs exact change.
  • Open around the clock. Micro markets are self-checkout, so a student lounge or residence hall stays open for late study nights and weekend events.
  • Grab and go between classes. Smart coolers unlock with a tap and charge automatically for what is taken. Put an item back before the door closes and it is not charged.
  • Real food, not just chips. Sandwiches, wraps, salads, yogurt, fruit cups, and breakfast burritos from our fresh food program, alongside the snacks and drinks students expect.
  • Restocked on real data. Equipment reports sales in real time, so restocking follows what is running low. The schedule is set per campus, and visits are planned around class times, events, and building access.
  • 24-hour response. Local technicians respond to reported issues within 24 hours, including after hours.
